*UPDATE*
We are pleased to confirm we have submitted an offer to Somerset Council to purchase Saxonvale. We are partnering with an Affordable Housing Provider and will look to increase the Affordable Housing, subject to approval. The Council will look to make a decision in the Summer.
We intend for this website to be the tool to communicate with the community of Frome. A timeline is provided below to give a high-level summary of the key dates. To date, we have faced numerous planning hurdles but we remain committed to delivering this exemplary scheme that will transform the town centre.
Planning Summary
We have resubmitted the Outline Application to increase the commercial floorspace by 43% to provide 64,480sqft. The application can be found on the planning portal by clicking here.
We need your support so please register and provide your comment directly on the Planning website. We want to work collaboratively with the town to ensure the commercial space is deliverable and successful, complementing the existing town centre.
Do you want to work at Saxonvale?
